Our mission is to support the test, demonstration and validation of pioneer and ambitious ocean technology solutions in the grid connected Aguçadoura test site, located in the exposed Atlantic area of the North Region of Portugal.
We aim to become a global reference in the support of innovative Ocean Engineering Solutions addressing digitalization, decarbonization and circularity.
With a historical track record of pilot demonstrations in wave and floating wind energy solutions, CEO supports the test and demonstration of innovative solutions in TRL levels from 5 to 8. CEO plays a central role in the regional value-chain that ranges from laboratory and Ocean Basin environments to the pre-commercial and commercial levels in offshore Atlantic.
